How are learners counted?
By the number of active learners on your register when the year is invoiced. Learners who have left are not counted.
What if more learners join during the year?
New learners are added to the next annual invoice. There is nothing extra to pay mid-year.
When is PEO invoiced?
Once a year, when you sign up and then on that date each year.
When is onboarding charged?
Onboarding is a once-off R3 500. It is waived when you pay the year upfront.
Do parents or learners pay anything?
No. The school pays for PEO. Families sign in to the portal at no cost.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. We bring in your learner, parent and staff lists and your opening balances during setup.
Is there a contract period?
PEO runs a year at a time and renews each year.
